This means that a serious amount of you left us 5* reviews throughout 2020 which helped us to achieve this prestigious accolade of which we are very proud of. To achieve platinum, this level of reviews must be maintained for three consecutive years - and we're excited to say this has been the case in 2018, 2019 and now 2020.
2020 was a different and difficult year for many, and as we stayed home and enjoyed beautiful weather from mid-March, more people than ever turned to their gardens and decided to make some home improvements. We are so grateful that we were chosen by you, in some cases for the first time, to create your #lockdownlawn.
Of course, our reviews wouldn't exist without our customers taking time out of their day to let us know how we did. And they wouldn't be 5* reviews without all the hard work of our warehouse and customer services teams.
