When you order with us, you should receive an email confirmation that provides your tracking number. England, Scotland and Wales orders are sent via DHL, orders to be delivered to Northern Ireland are sent via DPD.

If you are unable to track your order or have not received your confirmation email, please fill in the contact form below.
Due to the speed at which we dispatch our orders, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing items from your order and cancelling your order. If you need to change the delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate this request, but please be aware that this may cause a delay in your order delivery if the order needs to be re-routed.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you order before 2pm Mon-Fri, your order should be delivered next day. 100g Wildflower orders are sent via First Class Post with Royal Mail – due to Covid-19, there may be delays to delivery depending on the busyness of your local Royal Mail depot. Most 100g Wildflower orders will be delivered within a few days, but please allow up to two weeks to receive your order.
Whilst we aim to get your order to you next day via our couriers, delays can occur. Check of address, lack of access, or no safe place to leave the order can result in delays. If you are experiencing delivery issues with your order, please fill in the contact form below.
