Before and After Photos Terms & Conditions

When you submit your before and after images you agree to the below terms and conditions along with our privacy policy;

• You agree to us sharing your first name, location and images on our website, social media channels, email marketing, market places, marketing and any digital marketing.
• You gave The Grass People Ltd ownership and copyright over all the images you share.
• Only submissions that have used The Grass People products will be considered (we will verify your purchase).
• Your images should not be been filtered, edited or photoshopped in anyway.
• Entries from the UK and Ireland only.
• If we decide to use your images The Grass People Ltd will send you a 100g pack of wildflowers seeds or a discount code for you next order.
• Only images that are viable for use in our marketing will be accepted, for example photos that are not blurred or pixelated and are of a high quality which will decided by our marketing team on a case by case basis.
