We are delighted to introduce a revolutionary way to care for your lawn this winter. Our brand-new SLOW RELEASE: Winter Feed & Moss Control Fertiliser is here!
This innovative slow release fertiliser has been uniquely formulated to keep your lawn healthy and thriving over the winter months, when the harshest weather conditions can take their toll. Giving your lawn care and attention this season will set the stage for a luscious, vibrant lawn to flourish in the warmer months.
What does SLOW RELEASE: Winter Feed & Moss Control do?
- 3-month moss protection & control
- Strengthens grass against winter stress
- Dual-action formula for a healthier lawn
Packed with high levels of potassium and other essential nutrients, this fertiliser works to strengthen and harden your grass against frost or freezing temperatures, meaning your lawn will be more resistant to winter diseases.
Moss can also creep in during winter, especially if your lawn is sparse and patch, but this fertiliser has moss control properties that work throughout the season to keep moss at bay.
One application of SLOW RELEASE: Winter Feed & Moss Control delivers up to 3 months of protection for your lawn, so your lawn is covered right up until spring! The fertiliser has also been designed to be gentle on your grass blades when they are at their most fragile, as the formulation carries minimal risk of scorching (but be sure to always water it into your grass to avoid scorching).
How to use SLOW RELEASE: Winter Feed & Moss Control
When to apply:
This fertiliser can be used between October – April, but for optimal winter protection we would recommend that this is applied in late autumn/early winter to allow for the 3 months of protection over the coldest months.
How to apply:
- Spread the fertiliser at a rate of 35 grams per m² by hand or with one of our spreaders.
- Water in the fertiliser until it dissolves or apply before rain is due, so that it can do the work for you!
- Remove or water off any footwear worn during application to avoid staining your patio or stone flooring and be sure to keep children and pets away from the lawn until all of the fertiliser granules have dissolved.
