Usage Guide
How to use your sprayer safely and effectively
Step 1: Assemble the sprayer
- Connect the hose to both the lance and the lower part of the tank
- Attach the straps securely
- Double-check all connections to ensure everything is tightly screwed to prevent chemical leaks.
Step 2: Fill the tank
Pour the desired amount of liquid into the tank, ensuring it doesn't exceed the maximum fill line.
Step 3: Pressurize the sprayer
- Screw the chamber onto the tank tightly
- Pump the chamber handle approximately 24 times to build pressure.
If the pressure becomes too high, the built-in safety valve will automatically release the excess. Verify that it's functioning correctly before proceeding.
Step 4: Start spraying
- Press the handle on the lance to release the spray
- Adjust the nozzle to achieve the desired spray pattern
- Keep an eye on the pressure. If it drops, pump the chamber again to maintain optimal spraying performance
Tips for best results
- Always check for leaks before spraying
- Maintain steady pressure for an even application
- Clean the sprayer thoroughly after use
Aftercare
Care and maintenance for your sprayer
Step 1: Depressurize after use
Release any remaining pressure from the sprayer to ensure safe handling and storage
Step 2: Clean thoroughly
- Rinse the tank and all components, including the nozzles and filter, using clean water
- If the nozzle or filter becomes clogged, flush them with water - avoid using metal tools to prevent damage
Step 3: Maintain moving parts
Apply a few drops of oil or grease to moving parts regularly to keep the joints in top condition and extend your sprayer's lifespan.
- Remove the clip on the upper part of the chamber
- Pull the handle to access the retainer and replace it as needed.
Step 5: Store Properly
Always store the sprayer indoors, away from extreme temperatures to protect from frost and heat damage.
