It is a blend of slow-growing fescues designed for areas where low maintenance is required such as caravan parks and holiday homes. The seed mixture produces a lawn tolerant of drought and low nutrients.

Low Upkeep Grass Seed is suitable for any mowing regime from regularly being cut and kept at a height as low as 15mm right through to being cut twice a year in May and late August, perfect holiday homes or the less attentive gardener.
