The Grass People is continually monitoring developments in the fast moving situation relating to Covid-19.
2nd April Update - Due to demand we are now operating with up to 5-7 days delay on all orders placed. You order will be processed as quickly as possible. We have temporarily removed 2kg bags due to demand.
We are following appropriate government advice to ensure the health and safety of our employees and other stakeholders, and taking precautions in the workplace to combat infection and maintain service as close to normal as possible.
As the weather has improved and with more people staying at home we are experiencing a surge in demand, we have plenty of stock in place to meet these orders and our courier is still operating as normal.
We will continue to monitor the situation and follow government advice. In the meantime, it’s not 'business as usual' it's 'business as best we can' with the current circumstances. We thank our customers for their patience during this time.
You may notice some increased delivery times with our courier and delivery drivers will no longer ask for a signature, they will sign your delivery as “Covid-19”.

If you have placed an order, please allow 5-7 days to receive your order. We will no longer be sending individual updates on progress of orders. If there is an issue with a delivery that has been made, we will contact you directly.
